That was me!  Not the one taking sleep for granted, the one waking up night after night trying to help my baby sleep better!

I remember the anxiety I felt when I would lay my daughter down to sleep because I didn’t know what the night had in store!  I didn’t know how much sleep we would get.  I didn’t know when I could expect to hear her tired cries and I also didn’t know how to help her or us get the sleep we all so badly needed!

After the birth of our first child, we searched everywhere to get answers to help our daughter sleep better.  After many, many sleepless months, we were becoming so tired and desperate for help!

That is when I found Dana Obleman, a Sleep Expert, and creator of the Sleep Sense Program.  She gave us a gentle and easy to follow plan and in no time my family was finally getting the rest we needed.

After going through extensive training with the Sleep Sense Certification Program and other ongoing mentoring and sleep education over the last ten years, I have been able to help thousands of families learn to Sleep Well!  I also have the pleasure of mentoring many other Sleep Consultants worldwide to help them be able to provide the best services they can to their clients.

My name is Shannon Glenn.  I am the founder of Sleep Well Children and a Certified Pediatric and Sleep Specialist.  I am dedicated to helping parents assist their children and babies in developing healthy sleep habits.  With my B.A. in Psychology and hundreds of hours of trainings and on the job experience, I have been working extensively with children and their families for over 20 years in a variety of settings.
